If you are consistently not receiving the speeds you are expecting, contact your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot and reference these results. If you wish to receive email reminders to take the speed test several more times, enter your email address in the text field below and click "Remind Me."

Taking a speed test will help you understand how fast your home or business Internet connection is. This online tool runs three (3) different speed tests: M-Lab, Cloudflare, and Speedtest. If you believe you are not getting the speeds that you are subscribed to, a speed test can help you begin a conversation with your Internet Service Provider.
